Nicola Sturgeon was yesterday challenged to match £4million being put up by the UK Government for Scottish flood victims.

Tory MSP John Lamont, whose Ettrick, Roxburgh and Berwickshire constitiuency was badly affected, said the SNP should match Scotland’s share. He added: “The £4million announced will make a huge difference to homes and businesses across my constituency and the south of Scotland as a whole.
